On- Site Amenities

 

Café 

We are happy to announce our new café, Lou’s Skyline Deli & Café, will open late next week.  We will let you know the exact day once confirmed.  This will be a soft opening with a limited menu while the staff is being trained.  Attached is the full menu.  The onsite manager is Jennifer King, and she has already been on site preparing for the opening.

 

Below is more information about partners Lenny Shou and Seth “Lou” Salzman.  They have combined over 50 years of restaurant experience, and we think they will be a great addition to Overlook III.

 Overlook III Conference Room

The Overlook III Conference Room is a distinctively styled conference facility with a view of the city.  This facility has the capacity to hold 150 people and is exclusively available for tenants of the Overlook III building only. Great for business meetings, presentations, and classes which feature an adjoining kitchen. The Conference Room is available for use from 7:00 am until 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday based on a “Full Day” (4 or more hours) or a Half a day usage (4 hours or less).   The rate varies based on usage.

If you are interested in reserving the Overlook III Conference Room, please complete the “Conference Facility Reservation Form” and return it to the Property Management Office. You may also contact the Property Management Office at 770-319-8900 or email us at Overlook@goddard-group.com  at least 5 days prior to your reservation date.

Overlook III Fitness Center  

We are excited to announce that memberships to the Overlook III Fitness Center are now available.  This facility has state of the art fitness equipment which includes Star Trak treadmills, elliptical, upright and recumbent bikes, Stairmaster and a spinner for cardio exercising.  Strength training equipment from Life Fitness includes machines for lat pulldowns, abdominal, bicep curl, hip abductor/adductor, leg curl, leg extension, leg press, multi press and a smith machine.  Core strengthening medicine balls and kettlebells are also available.  The Overlook III Fitness Center is also equipped with showers, lockers and complimentary bath and work out towels.

The Fitness Center will be open Monday thru Friday please contact the property management office.

Overlook III Tenant Lounge 

The Overlook III Tenant Lounge is located on the 4th floor across from the building's conference room.  Although this area cannot be reserved it is a perfect spot for a change in work scenery or to simply relax and recharge. 

 

Auto Bath Inc. 

 We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to a new amenity to the building, Auto Bath Inc., an auto detailing company.  They are located on Level 2 of the parking garage at Overlook III. They will be on site depending on the demand for their service and weather permitting.  Their first day at the building will be on Tuesday, May 31st.   Please inform your employees they are now able to have their car or SUV detailed without leaving the property. The Auto Bath has flyers located in the Property Management office or Security console for your convenience.

 

The Auto Bath has been in business since 2001.  Its owner, Joe Mannette, has worked for Mercedes's Benz, Porsche and BMW and has been in the auto industry since 1987.  The Auto Bath uses professional products such as 3M, Pro and Zymol designed to enhance and give your car the best appearance possible.

 

The Auto Bath will be happy to serve you just text or call 404-259-2591 to make arrangements.  Auto Bath will be servicing the Overlook II building also.  

 

 

Other Amenities 

Ideal walkable amenity base, steps from Vinings Jubilee. Covered parking with direct elevator access into the building and electric car charging. A security officer on-site 24 hours a day. Exterior balconies with spectacular panoramic views of metropolitan Atlanta
