Tenant Handbook

Parking  

Parking spaces are provided in an 8-story parking garage connected to the building by an independent set of elevators, driveway, and entrances into the garage are located on the structure’s South (Level 1- Crossroads) side and the North (Level 5 – Atlantic) side. The South entrance remains open 24 hours a day.  The North entrance closes after 7:00 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends.

Please lock your vehicle and remove valuables from plain sight.

Tenant Parking 

Tenant parking spaces are provided on an unassigned basis.  Although a limited number of reserved spaces remain to be observed, further granting of such has been discontinued.  Tenants may utilize any unmarked space in open parking areas located on levels 3 – 8.

Visitor Parking 

Parking spaces have been provided on Level 1-Crossroads for visitors; each with a two-hour limit.

Visitors may utilize any unmarked space in open parking areas located on levels 3 and 4.

**This area is monitored several times throughout the day and any violators will be warned, stickered, and run the risk of having their vehicle removed from the property at the owners' expense.  

Overnight Parking 

Please complete an Overnight Parking Form and submit it to the property management office at least 48 hours before prior to leaving your vehicle.

Special Notification: If you are leaving your vehicle and returning after 6:30 pm, please make sure you park below the 4th floor of the parking deck to avoid being locked behind the gate.
