Access Card & Key Policy
A key plan for your office is established when final construction plans are approved. Each tenant is issued at no cost 2 (two) keys per lock installed when they occupy.
For any request such as a lock change, building access cards, or additional keys, each tenant will be required to complete an Access Card & Key Request Form and submit it to the property management office at overlook@goddard-group.com. Your company also has the option to submit the above mentioned document on the tenant website- www.http://overlookiiitenantportal.com via the Tenant Services Tab.
The cost associated with your request will appear on your company’s next monthly billing statement.
Lockouts
The Property Management Team will not provide access to tenant suites without express permission of the designated tenant contact person or lease signor. Please note there may be a charge to grant access to any tenant in the event of a tenant lock out. Private offices will not be opened even with the consent of the occupant.
