Mail Service
The United States Mail Center at Overlook III mail pick - up center is located on the 4th floor, behind the Overlook III Café. All tenants of Overlook III must directly contact the Akers Mill Postal Office located at 2997 Cobb Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30339 or call 770-952-4746 or 1-800-275-8777 for the procedure on requesting the pre-assigned mailbox number and to get keys. We suggest that you have a copy of your lease agreement available to help assist you with the process.
Please note the Overlook III Property Management Office does not have access to the mailroom as the mail service is handles exclusively by the United States Postal Service.
You may also leave a letter on the front door of the Mail Pick - Up Center for the USP carrier. The USPS mail carrier arrives at the mail center, between 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm.
Incoming Mail
The USPS mail carrier usually arrives between 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and the mail is distributed by 2:00 pm but the actual time may vary from day to day depending on the volume of mail. Large packages will, in most cases, be hand delivered to your office by the mail center’s U.S. Post Office employee. If you need further assistance, please leave a letter on the front door of the mail room and carrier will follow up with you.
Outgoing Mail
The out-going mail chute located in the mail center is serviced at 2:00 p.m. on weekdays and 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
Please note that the Property Management Office is not responsible for shipments, packages, envelopes or other items left unattended in the mailroom.
