The "Standard" Hours of Operation for the heating and air conditioning systems are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. If the temperature in your office needs adjusted during standard operating hours, please submit a request in the Overlook III tenant service portal and your request will routed immediately to engineering personnel.
If you would like to extend the HVAC hours, please have your company's authorized tenant representative complete an Overlook III HVAC Form, agree to the associated pricing and submit the above mentioned document in the Overlook III tenant Portal at www.overlookiiitenantportal.com. Special arrangements should be made at least 24-48 hours in advance however all request must be received by 3pm Monday - Friday. Overlook III HVAC Form
