Deliveries
The loading dock is equipped with 3 bay areas located on the southeast side of the building, to facilitate vehicles of any standard length. ALL Deliveries must be scheduled with the property management team as the loading dock door always remain locked.
Small deliveries are defined as items that carried in your hand, on a dolly cart, will only take 1 trip in the freight elevator. Deliveries that can be unloaded and delivered within 10-15 minutes of their arrival on the property. Items such as as FEDEX, UPS, DHL, or office supplies, are permissible during normal business hours. Normal hours of operation are 7:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
If you have a small delivery, please contact the onsite security officer via the intercom box for access.
Please encourage your delivery personnel to abide by the following rules:
- Bay areas are available on first come, first serve basis. Delivery vehicles should not occupy the bays for extended periods of time (15-20 minutes maximum).
- Courier parking spaces are provided adjacent to the loading dock. Courier vehicles must not use loading dock bays for parking.
- Freight Elevators must be used for ALL deliveries made via the loading dock. Cart and hand trucks are strictly prohibited in passenger elevators.
- Mail Bags and large package deliveries should be made via the loading dock entrance and freight elevator.
- Delivery personnel must sign in at the loading dock entrance and present identification.
- Delivery vehicle engines must be turned off while parked at the loading dock.
No Deliveries can be made through the lobby.
Large deliveries are defined as bulky items such as construction materials, carpet, refrigerators, dishwashers, any kind of furniture, some types of office equipment, large number of boxes or any other packed materials must be completed before 7:00am started after 6:00pm, or scheduled to take place on a weekend.
