Engineering & Maintenance Services
The Overlook III Engineering Team are highly trained and reliable engineers. A web based work order system enables our engineers to provide effective daily service to tenants as well as ensure that building equipment is properly maintained.
Examples of services which are provided at no cost to Tenants
- Air conditioning or heating adjustments
- Replacement of “building-standard” lights/ballasts
- Replace building standard lighting
Examples of services which are provided at additional costs to tenant:
- Lock & key work
- Replacement of “non-building-standard” lights/ballasts
- Pricing for electrical work or maintenance services performed by an outside contractor
Our team is not permitted to loan tools or ladders, hang white boards, install cost hooks, or service any tenant's equipment.
The hourly rate for additional engineering services is currently $45.00 per hour and may be subject to change.
