Building Access
All Persons entering the building hours are required to sign the log at the security desk in the lobby. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Prior to your move-in date, please provide an Access Card & Key Request form with the first name, last name of your employees and the number of access cards your company requires. They property management team will issue the access cards based on this paperwork at tenant cost.
Any lost or stolen access cards should be reported immediately to the property management office to maintain security for all occupants. When an employee is terminated or reassigned his/her access card and suite key should be collected to prevent further access to your suite. It is the tenant's responsibility to collect the keys and access cards of all terminated employees to maintain the security of your suite and others. The property management office must be notified using the Access Card & Key Request Form. Overlook III - Access Card - Key Form Fill the form out as such:
- If this card is being reassigned, list the former employee's name, their assigned card number, and then circle DELETE. On the next line your company should list new employee, the assigned card number, and circle REASSISGNED
- If this card is being deactivated, and will be kept for future use, list the former employee's name, their assigned card number, and then circle DELETE.
Access Levels
During regular business hours, two main entrances serve the building:
- Front Entrance Door
- Parking Deck Elevator Entrance
- Loading Dock
After - hours, two main entrances serve the building:
- Front Entrance Door (with access card only)
- Parking Deck Elevator Entrance (with access card only)
Card readers are located at the following areas.
- The Front Entrance
- Parking Deck Elevators
- Passenger Elevators (inside the building)
- Freight Elevator (requires permission from property management office)
- Loading Dock (access requires permission from property management office)
The property management office will provide the appropriate forms for our records.
