Building Holidays
The Overlook III Building is officially closed on the following Federal Holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
During the holidays, access to the building is monitored by the building's security personnel and surveillance systems. A security guard will be on duty during each of these holidays to provide you with the most effective security. Any tenants or vendor entering the building outside of normal operating hours are required to identify themselves, sign-in and sign-out with the security office at the security console. The on-site officers are authorized to take requests, assist with deliveries, escort tenants/vendors, or grant access into any leased space.
Any contractors, or vendors must have after hour access and or property access forms completed prior to entering the premises.
