HVAC Services
The "Standard" Hours of Operation for the heating and air conditioning systems are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. If the temperature in your office needs adjusted during standard operating hours, please submit a request in the Overlook III tenant service portal and your request will routed immediately to engineering personnel.
Special arrangements can be made for additional or extended HVAC by submitting an Overtime HVAC form into the tenant service portal before 3:00pm, Monday - Friday. Please note these extended hours will result in an additional fee and the associated cost will be reflected on the next monthly billing statement.
