The Tenant Handbook tab will provide information about the property including Tenant Services, Property Procedures, Rules & Regulations, and applicable forms.
Below are the instructions on using the Tenant Portal (General information)
- Please type www.overlookiiitenantportal.com into your browser
- You will see a picture of the building and several tabs
- On the left side of the screen, click on the tab that best describes your needs.
We would like to encourage your team to submit any request and/or work orders in the Overlook III Tenant Service Portal by using the instructions below. The Tenant Service Tab will low your company to submit work orders directly to members of the property management team via email, receive updates, and notifications, of completion.
Below is the instructions to create a Tenant Service Request (For Work Orders):
- Please type www.overlookiiitenantportal.com into your browser
- Select the tab titled "Tenant Services"
- Enter the Username: *** & Password *** provided by the system via email.
- On the left side of the screen use click "New Request"
- Use the drops to create a work order
Special Notation: All Request and paperwork must be entered into the tenant portal by 3:00pm Monday-Friday and will be general answered based on the order in which it was received (unless it is a building emergency).
The information listed on your company's Tenant Data Form will be used to enter the authorized users from your company into the work order system. After this information has been entered the system will automatically email the user the instruction for setting up their credentials. The tenant data form should be revised with each personnel change.
